Hey.
When you’ve got a profitable funnel running, don’t just kick back and relax.
Instead, put your energy and profits into finding new funnels β because the moment your current one dies is coming, no matter what. Better to be ready for it.
Choosing the Offer:
Unfortunately, we hit that wall too β our funnels burned out, and it was time to find new ones.
We decided to revive an older offer β the Hot Shapers belt targeting Kazakhstan, since the terms were favorable at the time. The payout and price point were solid.
We’d been running Shapers about six months earlier, and we still had the old creatives. The old ones picked up almost immediately, plus we made a few new ones to test: YouTube has tons of material you can cut into decent creatives.
#protip for folks just getting started with creative making: almost every offer has clones. Try searching for the product name on YouTube and look for English-language videos β you’ll find way more useful material that way.
Running the Campaign
Our strategy was classic β whatever people invent, certain approaches just keep working reliably.
Standard playbook:
Start with $15/day on auto-bid, running both traffic and conversion objectives. Campaigns that bring in leads β keep them and scale by increasing budget 1β2x per day, in 50% increments.
Everything else gets killed.
Shapers performed well on both traffic and conversion objectives. We quickly tested other GEOs too, but Kazakhstan was still the most profitable.
Interestingly, Ukraine performed better on conversion objectives while other GEOs worked better on traffic objectives.
Most leads for the belt and shorts came from older creatives proven from the previous year. The newer ones underperformed.
We ran ads across several accounts β they periodically got banned, but that’s just how it is these days. No one’s immune π
Two rough patches during the campaign:
- When the offer terms changed for one GEO (the advertiser had apparently changed) β that market stopped being profitable;
- When Kazakhstan terms changed as well β that GEO stopped converting.
Creatives
We tested the same creatives across all GEOs β and the same ads led the pack everywhere.
Apparently, if a creative works, it works for any audience regardless of country.
These were the 2 creatives that drove almost the entire campaign β nothing else made a meaningful difference:
Stats from M1
Total Shapers spend (accounts died β no screenshot): ~$3,850
Total profit: ~$5,400 over 2 months)

Conclusion
Running old offers again is not only possible β it’s actually smart!
Almost any offer can be “revived” after 3β4 months.
And always test new stuff β even the best analyst in the world can’t tell you what will sell and what won’t.
Happy Profits!
