KillTarget Ad Network Review
Today we’re reviewing the KillTarget ad network. The network launched in 2019 and specializes in push notifications. KillTarget helps webmasters monetize their sites through push notification subscriptions, while also selling push notification impressions to advertisers. Today we’ll cover the benefits this network offers for both webmasters and advertisers.
For Webmasters:

To monetize your site, you’ll need to install a subscription widget — a special ad code. To do this, register in the network as a webmaster, go to “My Sites”, add your site, and follow the instructions. If you have any questions, reach out to KillTarget support.
Once the code is live on your site, wait for users to subscribe to push notifications. After they subscribe, push ads will be sent to them 1 to 5 times per day. Every time users see the push ads, you earn revenue. Your affiliate earnings are calculated per 1,000 delivered pushes.
Revenue depends on your traffic niche and quality. On average, a site with 7,000 daily visitors can earn $9–$11 per day after two months (accounting for subscriber growth).
Payouts happen every Monday via Webmoney (WMR). The minimum withdrawal amount is just $1.
For Advertisers:

The KillTarget ad network operates on a CPM model — you pay per 1,000 push notification deliveries. The minimum rate for Russia is approximately $0.23, and for other countries it starts from around $0.08 per 1,000 deliveries.
Traffic is Russian-language, with a volume of over 15 million impressions per day (about 200,000 ad clicks). The predominant GEOs are Russia (50%), Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.

To set up an ad campaign, register as an advertiser. After registration, top up your balance via Webmoney (WMR) — the minimum deposit is around $8. Then set up your campaign and upload your ads. Push broadcasts go out five times a day: at 8:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, and 20:00 Moscow time. To make it into a broadcast, your ads must be ready and activated at least 40 minutes before it starts.
Verdict:
The KillTarget ad network proved solid for both webmasters and advertisers. What we liked: the CPM model, low minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, high conversion rates for advertisers (since only quality sites are admitted), low unsubscribe rates due to moderate mailing frequency, and moderation that filters for quality ads and projects.
